Organs of 9-year-old in Tuscon shooting donated

The organs of the 9-year-old girl whodied in the Tuscon, Arizona,  shooting which left six people dead and a US Congresswomanfighting for life have been donated to a girl in the Boston area.

The father of Christina Green, the youngest of the victims, told the Boston Globe,“That really lifted our spirits. We’re proud parents once again of ourdaughter, who has done another amazing thing.” The identity of the recipient isunknown, due to patient confidentiality requirements. ~ BostonGlobe, Jan 16
